We have designated a well trained team to take care of this process ,Our team ships the birds in an airline-approved plastic pet Kennel that we had customized based on the weight of specific parrots ,distance and duration of the journey ,the team collaborates with the airline services to provide a special climate – controlled & pressurized compartment on the plane for the parrots to have a smooth and safe flight with least discomfort
With Air services , we get both safety and speedy delivery of our parrots. This process enables smooth and friendly delivery . Our team locates the nearest airport. United or Continental Airline’s Pet-Safe and dispatches the parrot to the nearest airport to your location
We have a well drafted speedy and hassle-free mechanism of shipping to ease out the efforts of both the team and delivery agent.
After shipping , the parrot is delivered to your home address within 3-4 days. The customer is also provided with a tracking I.D to track the process ,every step will be transparent with full details.
Commercial hard plastic kennel cabs are the standard container for shipping .The container should not be too large or the bird(s) may get thrown around in it during air turbulence & road bumps.Costs for containers vary and are usually paid for by the recipient or asked for a deposit until the recipient can return the carrier. Each carrier has special requirements for accepting shipments of birds. They do change from time to time please we don’t shipped via USPS. It is against Federal law.
We do not make shipping arrangements around major holidays and on Fridays and weekends. It’s best to ship in the morning and arrange for arrival times before the regular Air Cargo staff goes home.
We check with the carrier to see how much insurance you will need to cover your shipment if applicable . They may give you the option of purchasing extra insurance to fully cover the bird(s). Birds are only covered for disappearance, injury or loss resulting from the carrier’s negligence. You will not be able to collect anything if it is discovered that the bird(s) health was compromised before shipment.
We will check with the airline before shipping to be sure that there will be no weather restrictions. This includes the weather at departure point and the weather at arrival point. The USDA has clear guidelines on temperature limits (45° to 85° limits).
